surprisingly comfy stay!
comfy bedslovely staffnoise levels
the new beds were indeed very comfy. i slept really well all nights (i was exhausted though!). the new staff are lovely and always ready to help with anything.
the noise levels at night were a bit disruptive. it would be great if the doors had some cushioning to prevent them from banging shut as it echoed quite a lot.

while i did not have dinner at the hotel, the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the dining area was clean and well kept.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist guests. gary especially was very understanding and helpful with my requests. this attention really made a big difference.

The staff was amazing and very helpful.
The room had a musty smell. Black mold was visible around the windows. The floor felt uneven, causing some back pain (i felt it every morning).
