surprisingly comfy stay!
comfy beds lovely staff
the new beds were indeed very comfy. i slept really well all nights (i was exhausted though!). the new staff are lovely and always ready to help with anything.
the noise levels at night were a bit disruptive. it would be great if the doors had some cushioning to prevent them from banging shut as it echoed quite a lot.

while i did not have dinner at the hotel, the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the dining area was clean and well-kept.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist guests. gary especially was very understanding and helpful with my requests. this attention really made a big difference.
